If Information Was The Answer We'd All Be Millionaires With 6 Pack Abs...
We get taught what is ‘healthy’ & ‘unhealthy’ from a very young age.
I bet if I was able to jump out from this screen right now & ask you point blank:
“What do you think you need to do in order to lose your excess body fat to get lean & muscular like you’ve always wanted to be?”
you would give me a pretty comprehensive list of things that would probably be pretty good if you were able to do them consistently.
But that’s where the problem lies.
For 90% of people, they simply can’t sustain what conventional wisdom tells us we need to do in order to look & feel like an athlete.
If we listened to what ‘convention’ showed us we’d probably have to do something like:
Go to the gym 6 days per week.
Make every workout an intense CrossFit style sweat fest.
Eat only chicken breast & brocoli with absoultely no fat whatsever. Or conversely eat only Keto meals with absolutely no carbs. WTF do I do???
Do fancy workout routines that the best athletes in the world do with crazy equipment.
Have everything prepared for me like a professional athlete/ moviestar so that I can have a good body.
And the list goes on….
Most of us have the wrong idea about the skill of health.
We seem to think that in order to look & feel like an athlete we need to be doing absolutely everything that professional athletes do.
We see the crazy stuff some of them seem to be doing & think to ourselves “I don’t have time to do that. No wonder I don’t look or feel athletic anymore”.
And yet for some, they’re able to live an incredibly busy life kicking goals on all fronts while looking just as good as any pro athlete & still enjoying their life.
These are the people who have mastered minimalism.
The fundamentals.
The 20% of things that generate 80% of the results of biological optimisation.
And that’s what the minimalist athlete is all about….
"What If the 75 Hard, wasn't so hard...."
Being healthy & looking great doesn't have to be complex.
Most people radically overcomplicate things.
For the millionaires with 6 pack abs of the world, it's usually quite simple.
The thing that allows them to look & feel they want isn't insanely complex schemes or crazy exercise routines.
It's consistency & learning to become a master of their impulses.
Having a system in place that allows this to simply become automatic.
A system that is incredibly efficient.
A system that discards what's inessential & focuses on the BIG things that really moves the needle forward.
It's about making biological optimisation so easy that we don’t even have to think about it.
Why spend 10 hours in the gym, when you can spend 3?
Why eat only chicken & broccoli when you can eat a lot of the foods you love, provided you set things up to support this?
Why waste your life living in an unhealthy body that is below what you're truly capable of?
I know what it's like to struggle with weight...
To look in the mirror & not like what’s staring back at me...
I can honestly say that it's nearly impossible to have any semblance of self-confidence when you don't feel like you look good.
When you don't like the body that you live in, despite everything you try.
It’s a horrible feeling.
Feeling like you’ve lost control.
Feeling like you’re not living up to the expectations you’ve had for yourself.
Feeling like you’re not quite worthy.
This used to be the reality fo me.
At the time this photo was taken I was supposed to be heading into the peak of my athletic career. I was 21 years old, playing university basketball & gearing up to renew my scholarship.
I did everything my Sports Science education was telling me to do. Training in the gym 5 days per week. Eating clean foods. Experimenting with different supplements.
But there was ONE huge factor that was getting in the way.
I was injured (or so I thought at the time).
I was suffering from patellar tendonitis which was pretty painful every time I played. All of the 'experts' told me that I should rest on high-intensity things until it healed.
So I did. I kept on working in the gym, eating like the experts told me to, while trying to keep up the volume on my basketball activity.
And it caused me to look like that!!
I knew something had to change.
While trying to optimize my basketball performance I went hard.
I was training 2x per day while trying to eat according to some strict rules.
I was minimising my carbs. Shifting towards keto in order to maximise my fat burning.
And the result wasn’t there.
That was until I discovered that the answer to me achieving what I wanted from my physical & mental performance wasn’t actually doing more. It wasn't about crazy schemes & restrictions.
It was about doing LESS.
About focusing on the things that would actually move the needle & removing everything else.
Resting wasn't the answer to curing my injury. Adaptation was.
Restriction wasn't how I'd achieve the results I wanted with my diet. Moderation was.
The answer wasn't about doing heaps of things. It was about doing an essential few things incredibly well!
This is the ‘athlete’s mindset’.
I had to re-focus on what mattered to me. My sport. And consequently cut back on everything else.
I lost 10 kgs the first time round. But soon went back to a baseline. The habits weren't there.
Over time I realised I had bounced back & started to refine the system.
It took me the better part of 5 years until was consistently able to stay lean.
And now I comfortably feel like I have something that is sustainable for anyone who wishes to live in the most athletic body they can have.
While being able to achieve this in about half the time I was spending previously (5 dedicated hours per week).

For now, it's both. At the moment I'm still in the process of refining the course. While I've got all of the information for how to execute these things in my noggin, there is a lot of nuance in the execution for specific people. It's hard to distill 15,000+ hours of study & real-world knowledge into a 2-hour course, so instead of releasing something not super useful, I've decided to launch before it's all been out so that I can troubleshoot live with real people. When you purchase this now, you get 100% of my attention to ENSURE the result you want to achieve is reached. The system created will be unique to you.
As described above, I've started with the bare essentials, so that this whole thing can be focused on UTILITY. There's a lot of knowledge in my head. Most of which is unnecessary if you simply want to look your absolute best & have a system that will allow you to achieve this for life. As such what you see is the BARE BONES to get started so I can build this out by working with real people.
What would a life of health & optimisation be worth to you? The money you'd save in medical bills alone would give you a 100X ROI. As a personal trainer & Exercise Physiologist, I used to be charged out at $200 Per hour. This was just for my time. Not a system. Every hour you spent doing my training cost you $200. In the first week, you’ll get 5 of those hours. I’ll help you lose 1kg in the first week & make your life more simple. That’s a $500 opportunity cost profit for you in the first week alone.
Yes these are real people...
“I lost 10kgs in the first 2 months. ”
Jarrod BerryIf for whatever reason, in 60 days of working with me & this system you feel it hasn't given you 10X the value of what you purchased it for, I'll give you 100% of your money back.
